Ingredient
Jongga Sliced Napa Cabbage Mat Kimchi / 200g
Cooked Rice / 400g
Any Protein (Pork, Sausage, Ham, Tuna etc) / 100g
Onion / 80g
Green Onion / 40g
Minced Garlic / 10g (1 tbsp)
Cooking oil / 20g (2 tbsp)
Sesame Oil / 10g (1 tbsp)
Red Pepper flakes (Gochugaru) / 7g (1 tbsp)
Soy sauce / 15g (1 tbsp)
Sugar / 4g (1 tbsp)

Directions
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add green onion and garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds.
Add your chosen protein and cook until lightly browned.

Add rice and mix well. Add gochugaru (optional), sugar (if needed), and pepper. Stir-fry everything on high heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
Turn off heat, add sesame oil, and mix. Top with a fried egg if desired.
