Kimchi Egg in Hell
Ingredient
  • Jongga Sliced Napa Cabbage Mat Kimchi / 200g

  • Cooked Rice / 400g

  • Any Protein (Pork, Sausage, Ham, Tuna etc) / 100g

  • Onion / 80g

  • Green Onion / 40g

  • Minced Garlic / 10g (1 tbsp)

  • Cooking oil / 20g (2 tbsp)

  • Sesame Oil / 10g (1 tbsp)

  • Red Pepper flakes (Gochugaru) / 7g (1 tbsp)

  • Soy sauce / 15g (1 tbsp)

  • Sugar / 4g (1 tbsp)

  • 2 Eggs

Serving
  • 2 servings

Directions
  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add green onion and garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds.

  2. Add your chosen protein and cook until lightly browned.

  4. Add rice and mix well. Add gochugaru (optional), sugar (if needed), and pepper. Stir-fry everything on high heat for 2 to 3 minutes.

  5. Turn off heat, add sesame oil, and mix. Top with a fried egg if desired.
